PATIENT SURVEY RESULTS ARE IN !! THANKS TO ALL OF THOSE WHO PARTICIPATED !!
All patients seen for treatment during a recent 30 consecutive day period were given a patient satisfaction survey to complete
and encouraged to return it anonymously via postage paid postcard sent to an independent company.
Patients (both "new visit" and "returning visit") were asked to rate various components of their clinic visit with Dr. Fowler,
using the 5 point scale of: 1 = strongly disagree 2 = disagree 3 = neutral 4 = agree 5 = strongly agree

86% of "RETURNING VISIT" and 82% of "NEW VISITS" RATED THIS AS A 5

86% of "RETURNING VISIT" and 88% of "NEW VISITS" RATED THIS AS A 5
DR. FOWLER SPENT AN APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF TIME WITH ME DURING MY APPOINTMENT:
96% of "RETURNING VISITS" and 94% of "NEW VISITS" RATED THIS AS A 4 or 5
REGARDING HOW LONG THEY WAITED TO SEE DR. FOWLER FROM THE SCHEDULED START OF THEIR APPOINTMENT,
80% of "ALL" PATIENTS WAITED LESS THAN 10 MINUTES; 95% LESS THAN 15 MINUTES
